St. lights of 1st & 2nd cross, SBM Colony,Mathikere, Blr.54, have not been switched on even at 7.30 pm, on 29/3/2015, Sunday which is a regular feature on Sundays, by the lazy man. When all other roads, from 11th cross to 3 cross, are switched on in time, why this peculiar problem to above area?
