St.lights of 1st & 2nd cross, SBM Cly. Mathikere,Blr.54, not yet switched on even at 19.20 hrs.on 22/6/15. Pipe lying work is going on with debris & Stone slabs are too lying. Deaf & careless BESCOM KEEPING MUM.
