St. lights of 1st & 2nd cross, SBM COLONY, MATHIKERE, BLR-54, not yet switched on even by 7.15, on 29/7/15, but st. lights from 11th cross upto 3rd cross are done by 6.15 pm daily. When it is done upto 3rd cross by 6-15, why not adjacent 1st & 2nd cross too by 6.15 daily?
