Stone slabs & other debris, lying on 2nd cross, SBM Colony, Mathikere, Blr-54, & st. lights are switched on after 7.15 pm daily; With monsoon rains, it has become a nightmare for residents to walk. Will BBMP/BESCOM take early action to switch on lights, by 6.15 daily & switch off by 6pm, (instead of 7.15pm)? Or do they want somebody to have a fractured leg?
